OPEN POST PERMISSIONS HMD?

A simple and small nav for the frontpage. While the code will adjust somewhat for longer links, they should be kept short for best appearances and mobile responsiveness. Gateway is:

Most parts to customise are located at the top of the code for easy changes. They're very short variables to make the later code shorter so they're not very intuitive, so here's a list of what they affect::

✦ --linktext: denotes link text colour.
✦ --light: link background.
✦ --dark: glitch bar color.
✦ --border: border thickness.
✦ --bg: the left block image.
✦ --imgH: height of image; default set to auto and adjusts to how many links you have, but can be set with a pixel value. Pixel value should be more than the combined height of links for best appearance.
